Align & Flow Yoga
Time to get your breath and body moving with an active continuous flow of postures, while placing our limbs with intention (a.k.a. vinyasa). Establishing alignment opens a practice up to safe and intentional exploration of movement.
Linking intentional breath & movement, we will explore the edges of our movement comfort zones. We will build on transitions, inversions, and balancing postures. This class is great for building strength on top of a foundational yoga practice and is often seen as a more engaging entry point to yoga for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
This class is typically taught in person at studio classes, outdoor classes or special events so catch it when you can!
